I have been involved in the Travel Industry since 1980, initially with Qantas in passenger sales, then as a Cabin Crew member for fifteen years. My time off allowed me to continue in Sales, opening two retail travel outlets then one of the first last-minute cruise websites.
I trained with IATA/UFTAA then my career moved into Hotels with Mantra/Accor. I have spent time with Disney training in Customer Service and Innovation, that I bring with passion to Interline Travel. I am an avid traveller with more than sixty cruises to date and numerous of flight delays. My qualification with the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) is to the highest level.
